Africa Rising Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Afris Capital”) is a South African based corporate and project finance advisory and investment holding firm, Registration number: 2012/044776/07. In 2009 the founding Principals; namely Mandla Gantsho, Lewis Musasike and Simisani Kupe; who have an ardent passion for Africa’s development, identified the need to connect African infrastructure projects with efficient funding sources. Combining their more than 60 years’ experience working in investment banking and project finance on the African continent, Afris Capital was founded to address this need. As Africa has grown over the past decade, so has Afris Capital evolved into a fully-fledged advisory and investment holding firm with strong capital raising capability. It remains close to its roots and is still owned by its original founding Principals and its valued employees.
